REDDING, CA (April 17, 2023) – Adults get “dibs” on all the fun during Museum After Hours at the Turtle Bay Museum on Friday, April 21 from 5pm - 8pm. This 21 and over event is a unique opportunity to enjoy the featured and permanent exhibitions in the Museum.
Current exhibitions include both artwork and interactive experiences. Honor, Courage, Commitment: Marine Corps Art, 1975-2018, and West Coast Biennial feature a variety of paintings, sculptures, and other works from talented artists. TreeHouses: Look who’s living in the trees, is for the kids at heart; learn animal behaviors and sustainability practices employed by foresters through hands-on activities. The Museum also features Dam to Bridge, the Wintu Bark House, the Visible River Aquarium, and much more.
Mosaic Restaurant will provide a cash bar, along with a variety of appetizers at the event. Museum After Hours is a chance for the community to gather and enjoy an evening in Redding’s natural gathering place.
